How we handle the information you share with us, and what we will never do with it.
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what information Midland Framing LLC, doing business as Midland Company ("Midland," "we," "us") collects through this website and our text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you agree to receive texts from us, we use your mobile number to send messages about your project — such as scheduling updates — and, once the job is done, a request for feedback or a review. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, except the service providers who help us send messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by telling us in any other reasonable way, such as calling our office. Reply HELP for help. Full details are in our Text Message Terms.
Only the service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us: our website and form hosting provider, our text messaging platform, and the marketing partner who manages our text messages on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Our contact page includes an embedded Google map. If you interact with it, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.
We keep your information as long as we need it to provide our services and keep business records. We keep records of text-message consent and opt-out requests for at least five years.
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time using the contact details below.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
