Where It
All Started
In 2019, brothers Hugo and Rene Rodriguez did what a lot of people dream about but few actually do they bet on themselves. Armed with a deep knowledge of the trade, a relentless work ethic, and the kind of trust that only comes from family, they founded Midland Company right here in Irmo, South Carolina.
What started as a two-man operation has grown into one of the Midlands' most respected names in residential and commercial construction. From framing new homes to building community centers, Midland has earned its reputation one job at a time by showing up, doing the work right, and never cutting corners.
Every project we take on carries the weight of that founding promise: quality you can see, craftsmanship you can trust, and service that treats your project like it's our own.
